About Rovaniemi

Rovaniemi happens to be the capital city of Lapland in Northern Finland. It is the administrative capital and the commercial centre of the Northernmost province of Finland. The city is situated about 6 km from the south of the Arctic Circle in the middle of the hills of Ounasvaara and Korkalovaara close to the confluence of River Kemijoki and its tributary Ounasjoki.
