Newry

Newry lies in the southeastern part of Northern Ireland, along the river of Clanrye and Newry Canal. It is no doubt a beautiful place to visit in Ireland, resting on the namesake river. The city is covered with many breathtaking views like the Carlingford Lough's waters and the rounded peaks of the Mourne Mountains. Plus, the lush green valley is what attracts the most tourists.

So if you visit the city, make sure to cover the top attraction spots, including the elegant Moyry Castle, the Silent Valley Mountain Park famous for its beautiful scenery, and Newry Cathedral, the most striking monument of the city.  Also, do not complete your trip without exploring the rich Newry and Mourne Museum, exploring the tracks of the Ring of Gullion, which is at the height of 573 meters, and having a picnic in the shallow gradient Cranfield beach.
