i Thrillophilia Team, I am writing to share my feedback on our recent trip to Switzerland and France. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but I wanted to highlight both the highlights and areas for improvement. What Went Well: Itinerary & Sightseeing: The destinations covered—including Zurich, Lucerne, Mount Titlis, Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Paris—were incredible. Visiting Disneyland Paris and taking in the Alpine views were definitely major highlights. Transit & Connectivity: Navigating with the Swiss Travel Pass and using the regional rail networks (RER lines in Paris) made getting around smooth and efficient.

Europe mein pehli baar jaana aur woh bhi Thrillophilia ke saath, poori trip ek sapne jaisi thi. Paris mein Eiffel Tower ke neeche khade hokar sunset dekhna, Rome mein gelato khaate khaate Colosseum ke saamne baithna, Switzerland mein Alps ki chotiyon pe paon rakhna, yeh sab toh sirf shuru tha.

It was a well planned Schedule pick up was on time though felt IST day was wasted after that everything was well managed, food was good stay was comfortable . Roger really took good care of us . 

We recently covered the “European Wonders” Group Tour Package through Thrillophilia, and it was truly an excellent and memorable experience for our family. My parents especially enjoyed the trip thoroughly and returned home with amazing memories and wonderful stories from across Europe. The entire tour was extremely well-organized from start to finish. Every detail, including airport transfers, hotel check-ins, transportation, sightseeing, and meals, was managed very smoothly. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and covered beautiful destinations while still giving enough time to relax and enjoy each place properly. The coordination throughout the trip was impressive and helped make the journey stress-free and comfortable. One of the best parts of the experience was the professionalism and support provided by the tour coordinators and guides. They were friendly, caring, and always ready to help whenever needed. They managed the group very efficiently and ensured that everything stayed on schedule without making the travelers feel rushed. My parents felt very comfortable and safe throughout the tour, which was very important for us as a family. The hotels arranged during the trip were comfortable, clean, and well managed. The transportation facilities were also excellent, making travel between cities smooth and hassle-free. The meals were good and properly arranged, especially considering the large group size and multiple destinations involved. The sightseeing experience was absolutely amazing. From scenic landscapes to iconic European attractions, every destination had something unique and memorable. The tour maintained a perfect balance between guided activities and free time, allowing travelers to explore and enjoy at their own pace. Another thing worth appreciating was the overall group atmosphere. The trip felt enjoyable and lively throughout, and the organizers ensured that everyone remained engaged and comfortable during the journey. Small details and proper planning made a big difference in creating such a positive experience. The only small improvement I would suggest is regarding some hotel locations, as a few stays were slightly on the outskirts of the cities. Hotels within or closer to city areas would make free time and local exploration even more convenient for travelers. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for my parents, and they genuinely enjoyed every moment of the tour. We are extremely satisfied with the arrangements and hospitality provided throughout the journey and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning a Europe trip with family.

Trip was good but a bit tiring. Every 2 days new city. Packing-unpacking gets annoying. That said, everything was on schedule so no confusion. One hotel in Rome was not great, rest were fine. Thrillophilia team was always avialble whenever we needed any support. It was one our best family vacation and that too in Europe. Loved the trip and expereince.

Did Paris–Lucerne–Interlaken–Rome. Switzerland is a different level, no comparison. Train tickets and hotel locations were already sorted so we didn’t run around figuring things out.
