Beach Resort Day Outs in Chennai - Flat 25% Off

For 700 rupees this was not worth the experience. 1. We dint get a parking space 2. We dint get a shade or hut to sit under 3. The indoor game area was dusty, dirty and not usable 4. Every outdoor equipment was already taken. 5. Food was mediocre at best. 6 no room was provided. 7. Swimming pool is extra and not inclusive From start to end the experience was poor and not planned. We went to this resort for the labour's day. Very nice place for family and friends outing. Private beach, the lawn space, children's play area and the hut area.. Everything is good. They could not manage the space for lunch as they had too much of crowd. Management could have set two lunch buffet rooms as the space was too small to occupy the crowd. If you are going to play, it is better to take your own stuffs as they didn't have anything when I went to ask them in the locker room. We were literally begging people to give us volleyball, bat and cricket ball to play. Its an excellent place but according to me, management could be improved.

"We had a last minute booking at Jade Beach Resort and it was hassle free. Resort is very close to the main attractions at Mahabalipuram. We can visit all places in Mahabalipuram by 10-11AM and get to the resort.\nPool was well maintained. Additional cost of 100Rs per person for 2 hrs had to be paid at the reception to access the pool. Kid friendly resort. They have a good play area for kids. Beach volleyball and Private Beach access are the highlights of this resort. \nThey have a lunch buffet with both veg and non-veg options. Food quality can be improved. Water was given from a can and they do not have a water purifier in place. Recommend to carry water for kids. Evening tea and coffee is served with snacks. \nOverall a nice place for day outing with family and friends."

I was looking for an escape from my monotonous desk job in office and finally I found this one. This place is Mahabalipuram has turned out to be one of my favorites. It was good. There was swimming pool, buffet lunch, outdoor games and so on. We had so much fun having this corporate outing where everyone was just themselves without any troubles. Good one

The Golden Sun resort is located quite close to Chennai city so it is very convenient to come here for a day trip. We came with our family, along with my brother's family, totally a group of 9, and we had an awesome time. The pool was clean and all the other amenities were in good condition too, like the volleyball court. There is also a private access to the beach and we really did have a lot of time playing beach volleyball and even swimming in the ocean too.

The tour guide Manish was a great person, and very enthusiastic. Made sure that we had no discomforts throughout the day. The resort was amazing, with decent hospitality and services. In fact, for the price we paid, it was a bonus! We got a price lower than what. the vendor was offering. Enjoyed a lot. Planning something like this with my family again in Bangalore. Thanks Thrillophilia, highly recommended.

Overall experience was good. Few improvements can be made. Q 1. Swimming pool was under maintenance. 2. Food quality can be improved. Dishes and varieties are ok. 3. Cricket net can be given. Since it is open and marshy land nearby we loose the balls quiet often.

Glad that we booked with this, it was a fulfilling-experience as this resort really made our day to the fullest.
