Riverside Tourism

Riverside is a city and county seat of Riverside County, California. The city is located in the inland empire metropolitan area and it is named as such because of its location beside the Santa Ana River. It also happens to be a part of the greater Los Angeles area. It is 58th most populous city in the United States and 12th most populous in California. The city was founded in the 1870s and it is popularly called as the birthplace of the California Circus Industry.

This beautiful city is adorned by the original navel orange trees and a number of history parks from where you will be able to learn more about the exhibits and artifacts of local history. The city experiences hot and dry summer seasons and mild and relatively wet winter seasons. The average temperature ranges from 12.5 degree celsius to 26.3 degree celsius all through the year. The city receives around 10.33 inches of precipitation annually.
