About Mauritius Postal Museum

The Mauritius Postal Museum is an interesting Port Louis Sightseeing landmark that you can visit when you are touring Mauritius. The construction of this museum started in 1865 and was completed and inaugurated in 1868.

Situated in one of the oldest historical buildings in Port Louis Waterfront, this museum displays a rich exhibit of old and rare postage stamps depicting the history of Mauritius.
