KITE MUSEUM

Located in the Sanskar Kendra, the Kite Museum in Ahmedabad is the brainchild of Bhanubhai Shah. The Museum is one of a kind in our country and it is the second one in the world.

The collection includes mirror work kites, a Japanese hexagonal kites, kites with images of famous personalities like Mahatma Gandhi, hand painted kites, block print kites, a kite made from 400 pieces of paper and so much more.

The exhibits in this museum can definitely take you back in time to your childhood so do add it to your list of places to visit in Ahmedabad.
