Madame Tussauds, Singapore, is the Southeast Asian chapter of world renowned brand of wax museums. The museum houses wax statues of many renowned personalities from the world and from Singapore. The most famous attractions here are the statues of David Beckham, Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga, Yusof Ishak, Lee Kuan Yew, Nur Surya Binte Mohamed Ambiah, Brad Pitt, Cristiano Ronaldo, and many more such famous celebrities from the world.

Apart from being a famous wax museum, the place on the Imbiah Lookout of the Sentosa Island is also famous for providing unforgettable experiences to the guests arriving.       A full experience ticket brings to you the opportunity of experiencing the full deal at Madame Tussauds Singapore. The full experience ticket entitles you to a visit to the wax Museum, an entry to the Images of Singapore Live show, Marvel 4D experience, and a boat ride for the Spirit of Singapore.

    2. Can I re-enter with the same day ticket?

      No, the ticket that will be issued to you is for one-time use only. Shall you wish to re-enter the same day after exiting, you will have to buy another ticket.

    3. What is the validity of the tickets that are purchased online?

      The tickets are valid up to three months from the date of purchase. Remember that expired tickets will not be accepted or extended.

    4. Are food and drinks allowed within the attraction?

      You cannot bring any food item or beverage into the Madame Tussauds Singapore museum. This also includes baby food.

    5. Will there be any planned guide tours?

      No, the museum does not host any guided tours of the attraction. You will have to take a self guided tour through the wax museum and find your favorite influencers on your own.

      Yes. The wax museum of Madame Tussauds Singapore banks on the idea of people interacting with the wax figures, making the entire experience more and more elaborate.

    7. What should I be aware of if I am interested in doing a wax hand?

      If you are interested to get an amazing wax model of your hand, following are the things that you must keep in mind. You are advised to not go through with the procedure if- You ave a skin allergy You have a sensitive skin Your skin is broken You cannot handle hot liquids Your age is under 5 years You have a problem of high blood pressure You are pregnant

      Yes. For better accessibility, all the statues and figures are all placed on the ground level of the museum.

    9. Can I use wheelchair at Madame Tussauds Singapore? Can I use pushchair/pram inside the attraction?

      As far as Madame Tussauds Singapore is concerned, the staff ensures that people with mobility issues feel comfortable inside the museum. That is why the place even has a special elevator designated for that purpose only, but it cannot accommodate more than 2 people at a time. However, if you wish to go to the Spirit of Singapore boat ride, the attraction does not allow wheelchairs. As far as prams for babies are concerned, the management does not allow those inside and you will have to leave them at the drop off point. Also, make sure that you do not leave behind any valuables in there.

      Yes, the Images of Singapore Live (IoS Live) is a show that is hosted or guided by a professional actor.

    11. How long does it take to go through the attraction?

      If you do not factor in the time you will spend in the queue for the show, the entire event lasts for about 45 minutes

    12. Is Images of Singapore LIVE suitable for younger audience?

      The show features special effects, low lights, loud sounds and lighting effects, making this all a little uncomfortable and unsuitable for the young visitors. Apart from that, as per the content of show, it is a good experience for them.

    13. I have a COMBO ticket for both Madame Tussauds Singapore & Images of Singapore LIVE, can I visit one attraction on day 1 and the other on some other date?

      No. The tickets issued to you will be valid for the same day. Hence, you will have to visit both the attractions on the same day, that is, when you redeem the tickets.

    14. Will there be any seating area within the attraction?

      No. Images of Singapore Live does not have any designated seating areas inside. However, you can find several places to rest or sit near the attraction in the Imbiah Lookout.

    15. Can guests re-enter with same day tickets or do they have to repurchase?

      The issued tickets only allow you to visit the attractions once. If you exit the premises and wish to re-enter, you will have to buy another ticket.

    16. What is the capacity of Image of Singapore LIVE?

      For the show of Images of Singapore Live, visitors are divided into groups of 35 people who attend the show for about 8 minutes.

    17. Am I able to take photographs inside the attraction?

      No, absolutely no photography or videography is allowed inside the show.

    18. How long does it take to travel from Madame Tussauds to Images of Singapore Live?

      Less than a minute. The distance between the wax museum and Images of Singapore Live is only 10 meters.

    19. If I do not visit Image of Singapore LIVE and visit only Madame Tussauds Museum, will I get my half money back?

      No. The combo ticket allows you entry to both. If you book it, you can choose to go for both or just one attraction, as per your wish. However, since you booked for both and the tickets provided to you entitle you for both, that would mean that your reservation for both was made. Hence, you will not get half your money back.

    20. Can I take outside food inside? Or will I get anything to eat inside?

      No. You cannot take food from outside into the premises. And since the show does not last long, you can get things to eat right outside the attraction at the Imbiah Lookout.

    21. What are some really good attractions nearby? Will they be open to visit after the museum visit?

      The operational hours of the Museum are between 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and since the total time taken to explore both the attractions is not much, and given that you start early, you can easily go to explore the nearby attractions, which include- Imbiah Lookout 4D AdventureLand Sentosa Merlion Gogreen Segway Eco Adventure Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom Skyline Luge

    22. Are there any good restaurants or cafes where I can have some food after I am done with the museum?

      Yes, you can check out any of the following places to eat in Sentosa that are near the museum- Taste of Singapore Sentosa Coastes Arches Restaurant Bikini Bar Samundar Mcdonald’s KFC

    23. Can I get cab outside it to get back to my hotel or go somewhere?

      The taxis in Sentosa don’t usually stick around attractions. So you can either find them lingering on the taxi stands or when they come dropping off passengers on the attractions.

      Yes. The place contains of wax museums of many influencers from around the world including actors, musicians, artists and sportspersons, making this one of the best places for your kids to enjoy at. They can click pictures with the statues and try to recognize where they may have seen a certain personality. The same can be said for IoS Live, which is an extravagant show with several performers.
