The Skyline Luge Sentosa is a fascinating tourist destination in Singapore.Unknown to many Skyline Luge was first invented over 3 decades ago in Newzealand.Currently,it has expanded to over 6 international location each of which attracts millions of tourists annually.The place opens at 10:00 in the morning and closes at 8:30 in the evening.
Luge: Children must be at least 6 years old and 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone. Children under 110cm tall or below 6 years old can ride the Luge in tandem, with an adult by purchasing the child doubling ticket - a cost of S$3 per ride. Skyride: Children must be at least 135cm in height to be able to ride on the Skyride alone. Children must be at least 85cm in height to be able to ride on the Skyride with an adult Due to safety reasons, pregnant women are unable to ride the Skyride or Luge.
A Luge/Skyride combo includes a Luge ride and a Skyride. You take the Skyride to the top of the Luge track, then luge down.
To complete 1 Luge & Skyride is 15 - 20 minutes. Please be aware that during school holidays and peak hours it may take longer.
The last ride is at approximately 9.20pm each night, this is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning. Our Luge and Skyride operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop in the event that heavy rain would affect your safety.
No there isn't, however we do recommend you wear comfortable clothing and covered toe shoes.
Though the Skyline Luge Sentosa is open from 10 am to 8:30 pm, the best time to visit it would be during the evening as it is comparatively less crowded during this time.
You can reach the Skyline Luge Sentosa using the following transportation options!
BY BUS There are two entrances to the Skyline Luge Sentosa- Imbiah Lookout entrance and the Siloso Beach Entrance. To enter via the Imbiah Lookout entrance, get on the Westbound Bus A and alight at the Imbiah Lookout Bus Stop. If you want to enter via the Siloso Beach entrance, hop on to the Bus B Eastbound and get off at the Beach stop.
BY MONORAIL Get on to the Sentosa Express and get down on Imbiah station for Imbiah Lookout entrance or Beach Station for Siloso Beach entrance.
BY CABLE CAR The Imbiah entrance is merely 2 minutes from the Singapore cable car. BY TRAM Take the Siloso Beach tram and alight at station 1A. BY CAR You could easily come by car, and in that case, you could park either at the Imbiah car park or Beach car park.

The ride is definitely safe for children or adults above the age of 6. The staff is trained and is always on the lookout for your safety. However, it might not be safe for children below the age of five to take the ride at Skyline Luge Sentosa.
Hence, the luge has an age restriction of 6 years and a height restriction of 110 cm. Children below the age of 6 can accompany an adult.
Here are some of the easiest options to reach Skyline Luge Sentosa from the Changi airport.
BY CAR This is the fastest way to reach Skyline Luge Sentosa from Changi airport, which is 27.4 km away. The journey takes 27 minutes using the ECP.
BY MONORAIL This might take time but is definitely a cheaper option. The journey, in this case, will take a little over one hour.
- Take the East-West line from Changi Airport to Tanah Merah.
- From Tanah Merah, take the East-West line 2 towards Tuas Link and alight at the Outram Park MRT station.
- From Outram Park MRT station, take the North-East line 6 to Harbour Front.
- Walk 210 meters from HarbourFront to Vivo City Station.
- From Vivo City station, take Sentosa Express to Beach station. Get off at Imbiah station or Beach station, depending on which entrance you choose to enter through!
