There are different timings followed for Observation Deck on weekdays and weekends. From Monday to Thursday, it is open from 9.30 am and goes up to 10.00 pm. Similarly, from Friday to Sunday, it is available from 9.30 am to 11.00 pm. Tourists who want to extend their stay for a while, can go during weekends and enjoy the soothing climate at ease. Here, timings are strictly followed and not extended for any reason. Visitors are advised to arrive at the destination at the earliest to finish the formalities (if any) and explore the Marina Bay Sands.
What is the height of Marina Bay Sands?
The height of this magnificent Marina Bay Sands Park is 207 meters, which is equal to 679 feet. The most fascinating aspect of this great architecture, both conceptually and technically, is the 1 hectare (2.5 acres) Sky Park at the top of the hotel towers. There are hotel amenities provided at 200 m (656 feet) above the sea level, which makes one wonder-struck for a moment. Moreover, one can spot the Marina Bay Sands Infinity Pool at the top. Measuring 478 feet long (146 meters), almost three Olympic swimming pools in length, the Sky Park pool is the world’s largest infinity-edge pool at that height.
How to reach Observation Deck Marina Bay Sands?
Marina Bay Sands is at 10 Bayfront Avenue at the centre of Singapore’s business and entertainment district. By Car/Taxi – The hotel is accessible by vehicle via Sheares Avenue. From Changi Airport, one can reach in 20 minutes, driving via the East Coast Parkway (ECP) expressway. If you’re taking a taxi, tell the driver to take you to Marina Bay Sands, Hotel Tower 1 entrance. By MRT Train – Marina Bay Sands is linked directly to CE1/DT 16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line of Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Take Exit C or D at the Bayfront Station, which connects to The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (1 minute walk), Sands SkyPark (10 minute walk), etc. By Bus: The following buses can take you directly to the Marina Bay Sands location. • 97, 106, 518, 133, 502 (every day) • 97E, 502A, 518A (every day except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) • NR1, NR6 (late Friday, Saturday, & evening of public holidays)
What are the different ticket options?
The ticket prices are different for different age-groups as given below: • For an adult – S$23 • For a senior citizen – S$20 • For a child – S$17 Here, the children age must be between 2 and 12 years old. And for children below 2 years can enter freely without paying any amount. On special occasions, the ticket prices may slightly vary from the existing cost. Tourists are advised to check with the tour operator well in advance and plan their visit accordingly. However, they may get additional amenities during special events.
Can I bring my own food?
No. Visitors cannot bring own food inside the hotel. As per the hotel rules, no outside food is allowed to bring to the place. However, there is an array of dishes and desserts are waiting to get tasted by the visitors. In the Observation Deck Marina Bay Sands, one can find a wide variety of international flavoured cuisines, served on request. There is a hotel amenity available at the observation deck exclusively for the visitors. For babies, tourists can bring baby food and feed them at their convenience. There are plenty of space and views at the top to show your cute baby and make them eat.
How long is my visit expected to last?
Generally, tourists stay from 45 minutes to 1 hour at the Observation Deck. Exploring the architectural brilliance of Marina Bay Sands and having a delightful experience. It is close to 680 feet high from the ground surface and gives you the best panoramic views ever. One can easily spot the tourist landmarks looking like small dots in this bustling city. At the same time, one can enjoy soft drinks, desserts, and nice recipes unlimitedly. As there is no time restriction given as such, visitors can stay as long as they can until the closing time arrives.
Are children allowed in the observation deck?
Yes, of course. Children of different age groups can visit the famous Observation Deck and etch their mind with the most scenic images of Singapore. Apart from bars, there are various other attractions available for children to play and have fun like the Infinity Pool, restaurants, etc. When it comes to restricted items, certain items are prohibited inside the SkyPark Observation Deck, such as glass bottles, penetrating items, chairs, picnic blankets, sticks, poles, laser pointers, whistles, air horns, bull horns, fireworks, and so on. These are mainly due to safety and security reasons.

Is photography allowed during in the deck?
Yes, of course. Guests can take photographs in the Observation Deck and share it with their friends. However, no professional photography equipment and professional video-recording equipment such as tripods, lights and reflectors are allowed. Photography is not allowed for commercial purposes.
