I booked for 12 adults and 5 kids but for first 3 days hotels dint offered us breakfadt for kids. But kamini handled this issue and gave complimentary meal and reimbrusment of 1000 rupees. Also she solved our traveller issue. 2 points have to raise that breez vally munnar and Patio in thekkedy hotels were not upto expections. Also breez vally staff was rude behaving and patio was no electricity all the time. Instead of this all hotels and traveller facilities were very good.

God's Own Country it is! Varkala cliff beach views are completely different from any beach experience I had before. Munnar tea estates in the morning mist were just breathtaking and peaceful. Ekdum well-planned itinerary covering so much variety within one state. Family absolutely loved every day. Must do at least once!

The cultural show in the evening was very vibrant and gave us a great insight into Kerala's rich traditions. The tea museum visit was very interesting for the kids and they loved the chocolate tasting session. The support group on WhatsApp was very active and solved a minor AC issue in our hotel room instantly. The houseboat was very clean and the food served on board was fresh and delicious. We had a great time exploring the local markets in Kochi. A very reliable and professional service that we would highly recommend to others.

Such a peaceful retreat from the daily office grind in Electronic City. The resort in Kumarakom was stunning, offering a direct view of the lake from our balcony. We really appreciated the local sightseeing tips given by our driver, who knew the best spots for authentic Kerala meals. The backwater cruise was the most relaxing part of the trip. Everything happened like clockwork without us having to call the coordinator even once during the stay.

Mast trip zali! The houseboat experience in Alleppey was unlike anything we have back in Maharashtra, so serene and beautiful. Jignesh made sure we got a 3-bedroom villa for our group in Munnar, which worked out perfectly for our late-night catch-ups.
