Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park is one of India's 16 largest biological parks which was established in 1973 as a small garden. This park is also famous as the Sanjay Gandhi Botanical and Zoological Garden or Patna Zoo and is one of the top tourist attractions in Patna. Spread over an area of 618966.69 sq ft. This zoo contains 800 animals of approximately 110 species.
