Wao What a view it was!!!!! Can you imagine millions of species of flowers such as saxifrags, sediams, lilies, poppy, calendular, daisies, geranium, zinnia and petunia all at one place!!! sounds exciting right??? Thats exactly hw i felt when i first heared about the place, i was very desperate to make a visit there. we went there with my best friend, clicked hundreds of photos, wao it was so nice to be there. in could feel the aroma of the enchanting place, its wonderful. The place is surrounded by the Himalayas mountains, like someone is trying to protect those beautiful flowers. Its the most attractive place i had ever seen.

For a nature lover, there can not be a better place than this, i can guarantee that! The valley of flowers is place everyone will certainly and entirely love. for me the only setback is its too far from my location. but one thing i can say is just dont miss this one otherwise you will never find the heaven on earth!!!

The Kuari Pass trek started after we were driven to Dhak village by our trek guides. From there, we started hiking through dense forests, snowy trails and lot more and reached the Chitrakantha camp. The tents for our overnight stay were of very good quality and we got the required break and rest in them. Following this, the third, fourth and fifth day also followed the same routine: trek and rest. The overall experience was really fascinating and One must go for this atleast once.

All the days were equally exciting and there were lot of options to enjoy the beauty of nature during the Kuari Pass trek. The guides and instructors helped our group throughout the trek with all their energies. The Kuari Pass route was also not so challenging and with our guide's help and suggestion we completed the entire trek on an exciting note. Thanks team; great job!

My spouse and I, signed up for this Trek during July 16’ 2017. This is our first trek and experience of the Himalayas. While I agree that I did get carried away by the images on the site, but apparently the valley is not always in full bloom. There are meadows with variety of flowers but if you go with the pictures in the site, you would be a bit disappointed. Instead I would recommend you carry the expectation to view green meadows as far as your eyes can see, with patches of purple, blue, red, pink flowers across and occasionally streams flowing in your pathway. Yes, you can drink water from these fresh water mountain stream! Is’nt this an amazing experience! ? ? I just loved every bit of this trek, starting from the Trek Leaders obsession to ensure we are all fit and fine, the small Ghangharia village which bustles with life only during the season of June – Oct, occasional small pitstops selling hot chai and maggi enroute the trek, the glaciers that we got a chance to see and step on, the never ending view of mountains, the beautiful flora (pics inset), the still ‘reflection’ lake atop the Hemkund Sahib, a helicopter ride (my bucket list) , Badrinath, a chance to visit the last village of the Indian Territory – Mana (wow!!), and last but not the least, have hot chai from the last teashop of the Indian Territory. I never expected to get the opportunity to see this village nor interact with the people there. Thank you so much to the Trek Organizers. Overall we did ~47 km of trek on this rugged terrain with steep ascents. We never expected that we could push ourselves so much, but Himalayan range is so magical and serene that you end up getting your strength from nature to push yourselves. I would highly recommend folks to take one chance to visit this land of the mystics! It is a life time experience!

First of all, I'm really thankful to the trek guides and the entire staff for arranging the Kuari Pass winter trek with such an ease and enthusiasm. Really, every moment spent in this trek was so amazing and a pure dose of excitement. From the second day to the last day (fifth) of the trek, we had a great deal of fun. The entire expedition was easy. However at certain places, you might find a bit of challenges but they can be overcome easily if you stick to rules laid by the trek guides.

Booking the Kuari Pass trek was a big time headache for us as we already had a bad experience of trekking in Uttarakhand. Luckily, this time we got one of the best facilitators and started the trek smoothly. The weather was good and clear and we were able to enjoy the wonderful views all around. Talking about the terrains, they were not so harsh and requires a bit of expert guide and instruction. It was a great experience this time. Hope to do more of this kind of trek in Uttarakhand.
