I had been planning to book a hot air balloon ride in Dubai for a long time, but hesitated a lot mainly because I didn't know who is the trusted parter. And I finally took the leap of faith after ending up in Thrillophilia's website. I was worried about the booking confirmation since it is a very last minute booking (within 48 hours from the trip). To my surprise, Thrillophilia was extremely fabulous to keep me away from the worry. The representative was very kind, prompt and kept communicating from time to time till booking confirmation. Given an option, I would give 10 stars out of 5...😍😍👌 Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Everything was amazing. A wonderful experience. 

It was a thrilling experience, Everyone in our group of 12 members from age 6 till 65 enjoyed the Hot Air balloon ride. The induction part could have been a bit elaborate since all of us getting into the basket were not knowing what to expect and were rushed through it :). Breakfast could have had more options, but then again we were there for the ride not the food ;) Overall it was an awesome experience.

Tour guide attached to us named Farid was superb! He prioritise safety and customer satisfaction. Kudos to him!
