You can reach the Kasol for camping in Tosh by taking the bus from Delhi and then get down at Bhuntar. As there are no direct buses traveling from Delhi to Bhuntar. In that case, you can get into any bus which is going to Manali,.

Then after reaching Manali, you can get into a local bus that will take you to Bhuntar which is located 50 kilometers before Manali once you will reach Bhuntar, you will find HRTC buses going to Barshaini which will drop you near the campsite area for the tosh camping.
