This trek just feel like heaven has descended down on earth and the sights are just unbelievable. On day one me and my friend explored the Kasol and has some local food. Next day we started for tosh village in jeep which a bumpy ride. After an hour of drive our trekking expedition started. There was beauty everywhere river, forest, birds and snow covered mountain. Best part of the tour was staying in camps. The whole trip was well planned and I specially like to thanks our guide who made that we enjoy every bit of journey.

The trekking to the Tosh Valley is just wow. Words cannot describe the beauty of this place. My wife and I decided to do something beautiful and fun with our first trip together, and we went of this trek-tour. It was fun, while we should say that we were exhausted with the loads of climbing, hiking, trekking, and stuff, this definitetly was a great experience. I so loved this and I wish that I would take more such treks in my life.

Overview

About the Destinations:

Indulge your visual senses as you take on the Tosh valley trek, a trail that will take you across the periphery of the mighty Himalayas. A village at the end of the Parvati Valley in Himachal Pradesh, Tosh is situated at a height of 7,874ft and leads to the beautiful Pin Parvati Pass. The Tosh River here is an offshoot of the Parvati River, which suckles into the main river at Pulga.

With this activity, get to experience the valley which is constricted at the beginning but unwraps later into attractive pastures as it ascends. Lap up the striking spectacle at the pass with the Tosh Glacier on one side and several well-known peaks like Papasura (6,451m) and White Sail (6,466m) on the other side; the stunning Malana Glacier can also be viewed from the top of the pass.

Himalayan trekking in Tosh Valley will take you through gorgeous meadows and streams leaving you breathless. Begin from Barsheni and hike up to make pit stops at Buddhaban and the Tosh Village. What sets this trekking tour apart from any other Himachal trekking tours, is that you can choose to pursue the tracks that lead to the challenging Animal Pass or choose the steady easy climb to the Tosh Glacier. Both views offer exquisite vistas of the picturesque mountains, valleys and landscapes filled with snow.

Temperature Range: The average temperature here ranges between 2°C and 7°C and dips below the freezing point in winters.

The main trek started on the third day, but still the beginning two days were very exciting for us. The guides and instructors made us aware of the upcoming challenges on the way beforehand itself. They even prepared us to face and overcome those challenges. There were great views all around and we really had lots of fun and adventure during the entire trek.

What a nice trek. This trek was awesome. Himalayan trekking in Tosh Valley took us to the most gorgeous meadows and streams that we ever came across in our lives. It actually left us breathless and spellbound. This trek begins from Barsheni, from this point one has to hike up to make pit stops at Buddhaban and the Tosh Village. The most striking and unique quality of this trek is that this trekking tour unlike any other Himachal trekking tours allows us to pursue the tracks that lead to the challenging Animal Pass or to choose the steady easy climb to the Tosh Glacier. While the former seems thrilling, the latter is beautiful.

But we somehow managed to reach Bhuntar with broken Knee Caps & Dislocated Elbow joints. Tired all of us…. But excited too!! Reached Bhuntar at around 8 pm, and enquired about.. Before the main part of the trek started, we got to enjoy a jeep ride through the beautiful roads and valleys of Himachal Pradesh. Driving a jeep through such exhilarating roads was just a 'wow' experience for entire team. The climb to the Tosh Valley and the Animal Pass was the best part. Even the impressive views of the Tosh Glacier and the river was also amazing.

It is not every day we get to witness snow capped gigantic mountains. It was nice to wake up in the camp and witness sheer beauty of the surroundings. Trek was well organised and our guide was very helpful. First days jeep ride was amazing from Kasol to tosh village. Only one suggestion food was of average quality except that everything was amazing.
