Know Before You Go
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Prices might greatly vary on Blackout Dates(special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
- The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers found littering may be fined.
- The provided transfer will be available till 8 PM only.
- ACs don't work in hilly areas as the climate is moderate.
- Stay properties are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Govt. approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Personal expenses like tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Mentioned price will be applicable for minimum 6 pax.
- In case a traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Images are for representation purposes only.
- Please note that the driver might turn off the vehicle’s ACs while driving in hilly areas to optimise engine performance.
- In case of heavy snowfall, if the vehicle needs to be upgraded to 4x4 then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
- It is recommended to carry essential medicines, including those for altitude sickness.

The view in the hotel at manali was amazing but it lacked in small and detailed services like cleanliness. Other than that Manali was great.
