Know Before You Go
- Group airport pickup from Zurich Airport (ZRH) operates at 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 8:00 PM on Day 1, and airport drop to Paris (CDG) is fixed at 10:00 AM on Day 10; guests arriving outside these timings may experience waiting time or need to arrange private transfers at additional cost.
- Schengen visa, travel insurance, and VFS/embassy charges are not included in the package cost and must be arranged by guests separately; applicable GST and TCS are charged as per government norms.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Rooms are generally twin-sharing; triple occupancy rooms usually include a sofa bed or rollaway bed, and a maximum of three guests are allowed per room.
- All sightseeing is conducted as per the itinerary, and the order of visits may change due to weather conditions, ticket availability, or operational requirements.
- Meals are provided as mentioned in the itinerary; Jain meals are available on request, and packed meals may be provided in case of delays.
- Guests must be punctual at all meeting points; any loss due to late arrival, missed transfers, or sightseeing will be borne by the guest.
- Coaches do not have washrooms, Wi-Fi, or charging points, and eating hot or greasy food inside the coach or hotel rooms is strictly not permitted.
- Pickpocketing is common in Europe; guests are responsible for their own belongings, passport, and valuables, and the company will not be involved in related legal proceedings.
- Disneyland Paris is an optional activity available at an additional cost; guests who opt for Disneyland will spend the day at the park, while those not opting will have leisure time in Paris and will be provided a packed dinner on the same day.
- During the Tulip season (19 March to 10 May), you will visit the Tulip Garden; outside this period, you will visit Zaanse Schans instead.
