- International/ domestic flights are not included in the package price.
- Visa assistance will be provided but the price is not included in the package.

- To enter Singapore quarantine-free under the VTL(Vaccinated Travel Lanes) scheme, travellers must fly on designated VTL flights. A professionally administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test within two days (48 hours) of the flight departure. Another PCR test is needed to be done upon arrival at the Singapore Airport.
- According to the Singapore govt. It is mandatory to buy a travel insurance.
- Travellers are required to install TraceTogether App and update their health status timely on the same. Traveller may be asked to show their health status on the same while entering some sightseeing places.
- No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
- The activities and tickets included in the package are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- The dates for the activities cannot be changed as the number of visitors at some places are limited. The traveller have to pay an additional cost for the activities incase of rescheduling.
- The travellers are strictly required to follow the Covid Guidelines issued by the country at all the places.
- Fully-vaccinated travellers can enjoy quarantine-free travel and are only required to take the COVID-19 RT-PCR test two days before departure and undergo professionally administered RTK-Ag within 24 hours upon arrival in Malaysia.
- To ease the entry process to Malaysia, travellers with valid travel documents can enter Malaysia by downloading and activating the MySejahtera contact tracing app (from Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery) and completing the pre-departure form under the ‘Traveller’ icon without the need to apply for MyTravelPass, which will be abolished.
