About the Activity:

Get picked up from your hotel in a comfortable vehicle and journey towards My Tho. It takes around 1 and a half hours to reach the destination.
On your way to My Tho, take a stop at Vinh Trang pagoda, which is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong delta.
Once you reach My Tho, you can go on a boat trip along the Mekong River and witness the floating houses & fish cages on the river during the trip.
The boat cruise will take you through the coconut trees canal to reach a coconut island in Ben Tre.
Spend some time on the island and go on a walking tour around the village, witnessing the local lifestyle of the people living there.
Take a break and visit a local family home, where you can taste some tropical fruits, honey tea & honey wine and listen to traditional Vietnamese music performed by the villagers while interacting with them.
Also, you can visit a local coconut candy shop and learn how these candies & some other handicrafts are made out of coconuts.
After that, savour an authentic Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.
You can take some more time walking around the village or exploring on a bicycle ride during the afternoon.
Then, travel back to the river ferry and take a ride back to Saigon by van with your companions.
Your journey will end as you reach Ho Chi Minh and get dropped off conveniently at your hotel.
