Know Before You Go
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Guests must be over 6 months old to sail. Infants under 2 years must be accompanied by at least two guests aged 18 or older. Guests under 18 must share a cabin with an adult.
- Guests who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the start or at any time during the cruise will not be permitted to sail. A physician's statement verifying gestational status and fitness to travel is required for all pregnant guests.
- All passports must have at least 6 months of validity till the end of the cruise date. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents including visas and inoculation documents are in order before departure from their home country.
- Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any Guest whose medical condition is not made known during reservation of the cruise or before sailing, or who may be suffering from a contagious, infectious disease or ill health.
- Promotions such as "companion-free" deals may be available on select cabin types and dates; however, taxes and gratuities are typically not included and must be paid separately.
- In cases where Guests are denied embarkation due to incomplete or improper documentation, no refunds will be provided.
