I recently completed my Ladakh tour with Thrillophilia, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the high-altitude passes to the serene lakes, every bit of the itinerary was well-planned and executed flawlessly.
The booking process was seamless, and the team provided all the necessary information regarding permits and packing essentials well in advance. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us enough time for acclimatization in Leh before heading to the more challenging terrains of Nubra Valley and Pangong Tso.

Our travel experience with Thrillophilia was enjoyable. The hotel accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and supportive. Additionally, the group we traveled with was fantastic, which made the entire trip even more memorable and successful.

Ladakh trip through Thrillophilia. The acclimatisation day in Leh — I was not convinced we needed it. I was wrong. By Day 2 one person in our group had a headache bad enough that without that rest day the trip would have ended for him there. The Thrillophilia team had sent a detailed altitude note with medicine recommendations before departure. We had brought everything on the list. That preparation showed.
Pangong Lake at 5:30am with no other vehicle in sight. The colour was not what I expected — it shifted from cobalt blue to teal to almost green depending on where the light was coming from. We stayed two hours longer than the plan said.

Ladakh was always the trip I was saving for the right time. They made the right time happen. Nubra Valley with the sand dunes and the camels against a backdrop of snow mountains is genuinely amazing. Every road was handled brilliantly by our driver. Khardung La in the clouds felt like driving through another planet.

Visited Ladakh with a customised package through Thrillophilia and it was truly amazing from the moment we landed at Leh airport to the completion of the trip. From comfortable stays to tasty breakfast and proper acclimatisation planning every detail was taken care of.
Our coordinator Rahul at Thrillophilia had arranged everything down to the last detail. The Ladakh local team, especially our driver Stanzin, was outstanding patient, experienced on mountain roads and always available when we needed anything.

We recently completed our Ladakh trip through Thrillophilia and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our life.
The itinerary covered Leh, Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley and Khardungla Pass. The acclimatisation day in Leh on Day 1 was very important and we were grateful it was built into the plan two of us felt the altitude by Day 2 but recovered well because of the rest day.
Pangong Lake in the early morning when the colours keep shifting from blue to green to teal no photograph captures it properly. Nubra Valley sand dunes with the snow mountains behind is a completely unique combination.

The itinerary was very well planned covering Leh, Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley and Khardungla Pass. Each day was different and the landscapes were breathtaking. Pangong Lake in the morning is something you have to see with your own eyes — no photo does justice to those colours.

Overland from Kashmir to Ladakh is one of the greatest road journeys you can do in India.
Dal Lake in Srinagar to Pangong Tso in Ladakh - the transformation across just a few days is staggering.
Sonamarg, Zoji La pass and the Drass valley were all breathtaking in completely different ways.
Our driver was experienced and calm on the mountain roads which made a huge difference to the experience.
Do this trip at least once - no photograph or description will fully prepare you for what you'll see.
