Welcome to Katra! Upon your arrival, you’ll be driven to your hotel in Pahalgam. Once you arrive, check in to your hotel and enjoy the day at leisure. You can visit the historic Mamleshwar Temple or head to the stunning Baisaran Valley, often referred to as “Mini Switzerland” for its lush meadows and rolling hills. Additionally, you can enjoy a thrilling rafting experience on the Lidder River before returning to the hotel.

Today, you will be transferred to the Cab Stand, where you can hire a cab (at your own cost) for the Pahalgam Sightseeing Tour. Visit the picturesque Aru Valley, known for its meadows and dense forests. Next, explore Betaab Valley, a popular Bollywood filming location. Continue your tour at Chandanwari, where you can try adventure activities like trekking and horse riding (at your own cost). Later, make your way back to the cab stand on your own. From there, you will be driven back to the hotel.

Un-missable from Srinagar

Today, check out from the hotel and get transferred to Srinagar. Once you arrive, check in at the hotel and relax for a while. In the afternoon, you’ll be driven to Dal Lake, where you’ll experience a memorable ride on a traditional shikara. Glide over the serene waters as you explore the vibrant floating markets, where local vendors sell their goods from colorful boats, offering a unique glimpse into their everyday lives. Afterward, you’ll be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Transfer to Srinagar | Shikara Ride at Dal Lake

Today, you’ll be transferred to the Sonmarg pony stand, where your adventure begins. From there, take a horseback ride (at your own cost) up to the stunning Thajiwas Glacier. Enjoy the panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and lush valleys along the way. You can also visit the beautiful Krishansar Lake or opt for thrilling whitewater rafting on the Sindh River (at an extra cost). Later, return to the pony stand, and from there, you’ll be driven back to the hotel.

Today, you'll be driven to the Union Cab Stand, where you can hire a cab (at your own cost) to Gulmarg. Few areas we felt could have been better
1. Itinerary could be planned better. We were circling to Srinagar multiple times.
2. The hotels allocated in Pahalgam and Gulmarg were not upto the mark. They were unhygienic and the one i. Pahalgam was too far from the city center (~15 kms away).

Overall , our trip was good. All points were covered properly and in time. Due bad weather conditions we faced some issues, specially in Gulmarg our Gondola ride was cancelled, for which our refund is yet to be initiated. Also, our first stay in Pahalgam was mis-managed it was not up to the mark and not hygenic. It was not worthy of the amount we paid.

Yes, We can say that Kashmir is no less than Heaven. Its Beautiful and we loved the way our driver cum guide presented it to us.

It was a nice time in Kashmir, and we will recommend it to others.
