Know Before You Go
- Coach travel will be in air-conditioned buses without onboard washrooms, Wi-Fi, or charging points. Comfort stops will be provided at regular intervals during long journeys.
- Only one small non-wheeled hand or cabin bag of approximately 5 kg is allowed per person inside the coach. To ensure adequate space, guests are advised to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Wheeled cabin trolleys are not permitted inside the coach aisle due to safety and space constraints. Excess luggage may not be accommodated.
- Coach seating is on a rotational basis to ensure fairness among all guests. Specific seat numbers cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed.
- Theft and pickpocketing are common in major European cities. Guests must take care of passports, cash, and valuables at all times, as hotels generally do not share CCTV footage for such incidents.
- Weather conditions in Europe can vary significantly from India, with temperatures ranging from near 0°C to around 30–35°C depending on the travel month. Layered clothing, comfortable walking shoes, and rain protection are recommended.
- Optional activities suggested by the tour manager are subject to time availability and operational feasibility. These activities are over and above the regular itinerary and are completely optional.
- The boat ride at Rhine Falls is subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility. In case it is not operational on a given day, no refunds will be applicable.
- Schengen visa, travel insurance, and VFS/embassy charges are not included in the package cost and must be arranged by guests separately.
- During the Tulip season (19 March to 10 May), you will visit the Tulip Garden; outside this period, you will visit Zaanse Schans instead.
- Guests opting for Disneyland will spend the day at the park, while those not opting will have leisure time, and a packed dinner will be provided.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Group airport transfers operate at fixed timings with pickup from Zurich (ZRH) airport at 10:30 am, 3:00 pm, and 8:00 pm on arrival day, and drop-off to London Heathrow (LHR) airport at 10:00 am on the final day; guests must plan flights accordingly as these timings are non-negotiable.
- The sequence of sightseeing or days may change due to weather, traffic conditions, or operational constraints, without affecting the overall itinerary.
