Know Before You Go

  • Room sharing may be with either male or female guests, with accommodations provided on a twin-sharing basis only.
  • A tour guide will be available only if the group consists of 10 or more travelers.
  • Airport pickups are scheduled for 2 PM.
  • Travelers arriving outside the scheduled pickup time must arrange their own transport to the hotel. We recommend booking flights according to the suggested timings.
  • On the final day, departures will be scheduled between 9-10 AM after breakfast.
  • Thailand’s cuisine is predominantly non-vegetarian, and strictly vegetarian or Jain meal options cannot be guaranteed.
  • It is recommended to carry 10,000 THB in cash, as forex cards may not be accepted at all locations.
  • The Maya excursion is subject to availability, and Safari World is closed on Mondays.
  • We are not liable for compensation if any activities are missed by travelers.
  • Tax Collection at Source (TCS) of 5% and GST of 5% will be charged in addition to the selling price.
  • Surcharges and mandatory festival dinners may apply for hotel stays during Christmas and New Year.
