Know Before You Go
- Visa charges, travel insurance, international flights, GST, TCS, and any extra meals or services not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the tour cost.
- This is a group tour, and daily departure times will be between 08:30 AM and 09:00 AM, with routes and sightseeing order subject to change based on weather, road conditions, and hotel availability.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 15:00 hrs, and early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed after arrival at Keflavik Airport.
- Only one-way airport drop is provided on Day 7, and no boxed breakfast will be arranged for early departures before hotel breakfast timings.
- The Northern Lights tour (approx. 3 hours) is included; however, sightings depend entirely on weather and solar activity, and no refunds apply if the lights are not visible.
- Iceland experiences strong winds, snow, rain, and rapidly changing weather, so guests must carry waterproof jackets, thermal layers, gloves, and sturdy walking shoes.
- The Blue Lagoon Comfort Package includes entrance, towel rental, one face mask, and a welcome drink, and guests must carry their own swimwear.
- The Into the Glacier Cave tour involves travel by Super Jeep/Monster Truck and walking inside an ice cave for about an hour, and is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or severe claustrophobia.
- Walking trails at waterfalls, glaciers, and beaches may be slippery or icy, and guests must strictly follow safety instructions given by the Tour Manager and local staff.
- Black Sand Beach (Reynisfjara) is extremely windy and dangerous due to sneaker waves, and guests must maintain safe distance from the shoreline at all times.
- Meals are provided as per itinerary with continental breakfasts, Indian dinners, and local or Indian lunches, and meal timings are fixed with dinner served at 18:30 hrs daily.
- Lunch on Day 3 is a fixed local meal consisting of one burger, one fruit, one fruit juice, and one chocolate, with no substitutions available.
- The tour is accompanied by an English-speaking driver and Tour Manager, but there is no licensed local guide service during sightseeing.
- Complimentary food experiences like tomato ice cream and tomato cheesecake at the Tomato Farm are included per couple and subject to availability.
- Paid attractions such as FlyOver Iceland, Perlan, Blue Lagoon, and Into the Glacier are included, and closures due to weather or safety reasons may result in route adjustments without refunds.
- Guests are responsible for carrying their own water bottles, as packaged water, drinks, porterage, laundry, and personal expenses are not included.
- Iceland has limited medical facilities outside major cities, so travel insurance is strongly recommended even though it is not included.
- Any damage to hotel property, vehicles, or additional costs caused by personal negligence must be paid directly by the guest on tour.
