Know Before You Go
- All passengers must carry a passport that is valid for minimum six (6) months from the date of return to India. Passport must contain at least two (2) blank pages for immigration stamping.
- Guests must obtain both UK and Schengen visas prior to travel. Also, Guests must carry original passport, valid visas, travel insurance, flight tickets, hotel vouchers at all times during the tour.
- Visa issuance is solely the decision of the respective embassies; the tour operator does not guarantee visa approval. Visa processing fees, VFS charges, courier fees, SMS alerts, and premium lounge charges are non-refundable, irrespective of visa outcome.
- Group airport pickup is provided only at fixed time slots as mentioned in the itinerary. Passengers arriving outside these timings may experience waiting time of 1–2 hours. Also, airport drop on the final day will be provided only at the fixed time (10:00 AM).
- Private airport transfers can be arranged on request at additional cost. Missed transfers due to flight delays, immigration delays, or late arrival are the passenger’s responsibility. Also, any additional transport expenses arising due to missed group transfers must be borne by the guest.
- Meals are provided strictly as per itinerary. Also, menu selection is pre-fixed; customization or special requests are not possible. With that, Jain meals are available only if informed at the time of booking.
- Outside food consumption inside hotel rooms and coach is strictly prohibited. Consumption of hot food, oily food, chocolates, ice creams, or beverages in the coach is not allowed.
- Tour coaches do not have washrooms, Wi-Fi, or charging points. Cleanliness inside the coach must be maintained at all times. Also, seating is done on a rotational basis; seat change requests will not be entertained. Any damage caused to the coach will be charged to the concerned guest.
- Europe follows strict time discipline; delays are not tolerated. Guests must report at meeting points at least 10 minutes before departure time. The coach will depart at scheduled time without waiting. Sightseeing missed due to late reporting is non-refundable.
- Weather conditions vary across countries and regions. Layered clothing is highly recommended. Comfortable walking shoes are mandatory due to extensive walking.
- During the Tulip season (19 March to 10 May), you will visit the Tulip Garden; outside this period, you will visit Zaanse Schans instead.
- The boat ride at Rhine Falls is subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility. In case it is not operational on a given day, no refunds will be applicable.
- During your stay in the Venice region, accommodation may be arranged in Venice or Padua depending on availability. This will not impact the planned sightseeing or experiences scheduled for those days.
