Know Before You Go
- Group airport pickup from Paris CDG operates at 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 8:00 PM on Day 1, and airport drop to Rome FCO is fixed at 10:00 AM on Day 14.
- Guests arriving outside these timings may experience a waiting time of 1–2 hours or may need to arrange private transfers at additional cost.
- Schengen visa, travel insurance, and VFS/embassy charges are not included in the package cost and must be arranged by guests separately.
- GST (5%) and TCS (5%) are mandatory and applicable as per government regulations.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Rooms are generally twin-sharing; triple rooms usually include a sofa bed or rollaway bed.
- Maximum occupancy is 3 persons per room (3 adults OR 2 adults + 1 child); 2 adults + 2 children are not permitted in one room.
- Meals are included as mentioned in the itinerary: continental breakfasts, Indian dinners, Indian/packed lunches, and one lunch on Mt. Titlis. In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or regulations, packed meals may be provided.
- Jain meals are available on prior request.
- During the Tulip season (19 March to 10 May), you will visit the Tulip Garden; outside this period, you will visit Zaanse Schans instead.
- Included sightseeing is subject to weather and operational conditions; no refunds apply for closures beyond control.
- Guests opting for Disneyland will spend the day at the park, while those not opting will have leisure time, and a packed dinner will be provided.
- Optional tours operate only if time permits after completing the regular itinerary.
- Guests are allowed one check-in bag and one hand/cabin bag up to 5 kg (without wheels). Coaches do not have washrooms, Wi-Fi, or charging points, and eating hot or greasy food inside the coach or hotel rooms is not permitted.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, minibar, alcohol, bottled water, extra food, shopping, and phone calls are not included.
- Guests must be punctual at all meeting points; any loss due to late arrival, missed sightseeing, or transfers will be borne by the guest.
- Pickpocketing is common in Europe; guests are responsible for their own passport, cash, and valuables.
- Any damages, penalties, or additional expenses incurred during the tour must be paid directly by the guest.
- Disneyland Paris, Mt. Jungfrau, and Paris Illumination Tour are optional activities available at an additional cost. Guests are requested to contact the tour seller in advance for confirmations, availability, and applicable charges.
- The boat ride at Rhine Falls is subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility. In case it is not operational on a given day, no refunds will be applicable.
- During your stay in the Venice region, accommodation may be arranged in Venice or Padua depending on availability. This will not impact the planned sightseeing or experiences scheduled for those days.
