Know Before You Go
- A valid Schengen visa, travel insurance, and original passport are mandatory for travel. Visa fees, VFS charges, and insurance costs are not included in the tour price and must be paid separately as per actuals.
- This is a group coach tour with a fixed itinerary and reporting times. Guests are expected to be punctual, as delays may result in missed sightseeing or transfers with no refunds.
- Airport group transfers are strictly fixed at 10:00 am and are non-negotiable. Pickup will be from Paris CDG airport on the arrival day at 10:00 am, and drop-off will be at Rome FCO airport on the last day of the tour at 10:00 am. Arrival transfers may involve a waiting time of up to 2 hours. Flights outside these timings will require private transfers at the guest’s own expense, with no reimbursement.
- The order of sightseeing may change due to ticket availability, time slots, weather, or local conditions. All inclusions will be covered, but the sequence may vary.
- Triple-sharing rooms generally include a sofa bed or rollaway bed. Double occupancy in many European hotels consists of two twin beds joined together, which is standard practice.
- As per the child policy, a minimum of two adults is required per room for child costing. If two children are sharing with two adults, at least one child must occupy a bed, subject to room occupancy rules.
- Any damage to hotel property, coaches, or attraction premises, along with fines or additional costs caused due to guest negligence, must be paid directly by the concerned guest during the tour.
- The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or disruption caused by factors beyond control such as weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses arising due to such situations will be borne by the passenger.
- Early check-in and late check-out at hotels are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
