Know Before You Go
- Japan tourist visa assistance is included in the package; however, embassy fees, visa processing charges, travel insurance, and all applicable GST (5%) and TCS (5%) are not included and must be paid separately as per government regulations.
- Group airport transfers are fixed with Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX) pick-ups at 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on arrival day and Tokyo Haneda Airport drop at 7:00 AM on departure day; transfers outside these timings will be chargeable at INR 8,000 per vehicle (up to 4 guests).
- Standard hotel check-in time across Japan is 15:00 and check-out is 10:00; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Hotel rooms in Japan are compact by international standards, and triple occupancy (where applicable) may include a rollaway bed or sofa bed with limited luggage space.
- All internal transfers, bullet train journeys, and sightseeing are conducted as part of a guided group tour, and guests must strictly adhere to meeting times to avoid missing scheduled services.
- Bullet train tickets are booked in standard class with fixed seating, and any missed train due to late reporting will be treated as a no-show with additional costs borne by the guest.
- Sightseeing at Mt. Fuji, Lake Ashi cruise, and Hakone Ropeway is weather dependent, and visibility of Mt. Fuji cannot be guaranteed; no refunds will be applicable in case of adverse weather conditions.
- Cherry blossom blooming is a natural phenomenon and depends on weather conditions; while the tour is scheduled during the season, full bloom or specific flowering stages cannot be assured.
- Meals are provided strictly as mentioned in the itinerary, meals are pre-set (no à la carte), and packed meals may be served on days with tight travel schedules.
- Guests opting for Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea will do so at an additional cost and minimum group size, while non-opting guests will have leisure time at their own expense.
- Tipping is mandatory for this tour at 750 Yen / 5 USD per person per day, payable directly during the tour and not included in the package cost.
- Japan follows strict public etiquette, including no loud talking on public transport, no littering, and adherence to local rules at temples, shrines, and memorial sites.
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the sightseeing order or make internal route adjustments due to weather, crowd control, or operational requirements without affecting overall inclusions.
- Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended, as medical and emergency expenses in Japan can be significantly high.
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their passports, cash, and valuables at all times, and the company will not be liable for loss, theft, or personal negligence.
