Know Before You Go
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Stay in base category room as per the variant selected.
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc. are not a part of the package.
- The display prices mentioned are for minimum 2 PAX for standard, deluxe and super deluxe and luxury properties
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
- For a lakes tour around Nainital, Bhimtal and Sattal Lake are 22 km away, while Nakuchiatal is 28 km away.
- Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour.
- Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
- AC doesn't work in hilly areas
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Thrillophilia] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
- In Mussoorie cab will go till parking points, Gun Hill is accessible by ropeway which is not included in our package.
- For Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi, the vehicle will go till parking point, you can book cable car from there and do the darshan.

By Rail: Dehradun Railway Station connects the city to prominent destinations such as Delhi, Haridwar, and Lucknow.
By Road: Dehradun is easily accessible via NH 7 and NH 307, with frequent government and private bus services from cities like Delhi (approximately 240 km), Haridwar (54 km), and Rishikesh (45 km). Taxis and self-drive options are also available for convenient road travel.
