We had a wonderful amazing Japan trip from 4th may to 13 may
Support from Thrillophilia was excellent and everything was well organised and on time
Special thanks to karthik,my booking agent and divyansh, my customer relationship manager.
Both of them did an excellent job
Was unfortunate not to get shibuya sky tickets, as it opens 14 days prior..
Was fortunate to get level5 at mount fuji...
Ovealll it was a very memorable experience..

Excellent team support, I was apprehensive since this was our first customised foreign trip,but from trip planning, booking air ticket, visa and on trip constant feedback calls..everything was excellent.Really appreciated. Have to mention Sagar from booking department, Vidhi from trip support, and shahrukh from visa team. I was touched by their polite approach and efficiency.As i said this was a customised trip from our end..so from beginning they kept their word, forwarding every communication all the way.Thank you thrillophilia , hope to plan with you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed a great 9 day trip to Japan, all thanks to Thrillophilia, specially Vidhi, our ops relationship manager. She was thorough with us on dos and don’t in Japan, her suggestions were spot on, she heard us and resolved our queries and issues. She was very supportive. It felt personal like a family when Vidhi called us in the midst of the trip enquiring about our health, any issues we are facing, any thing she could do to support. I usually plan trips myself but for Japan I didn't want unnecessary stress. Thrillophilia helped a lot with transport guidance and local planning before departure itself. That support genuinely helped once we reached there because Japan can feel confusing initially.

Apart from Day 5 (mount fuji and hakone) which was too hectic due to lot of travel between places, everything else was well planned and delivered.
