the vibe and overall setup was really good, even the food was nice. there were charging outlets and the staff was trustable to keep your belongings at reception also. We stayed there for weekend the activities of live music, trek and midnight movie did enhance the experience. even the washrooms were cleaned evry now and then and even had provision of hot water, the only draw back i saw was that the water in washroom was closed at night which did create a little unhygeninc and inconvinient situation in the morning

Hi the stay was good and we enjoyed view and food.
I'm deducting 1 star, just becuase mens washroom was not clean, pots were broken. Washroom should be cleaned thrice in a day, owing to the fact it's a tourist spot and lot of people use the washroom.

The place is beautiful. They have common washrooms for people who choose camping, and those washrooms are not well maintained. That's the only drawback. Recommended place for group of friends who likes to chill alongside the nature. It's little far from the main market of matheran but that's the beauty of this place.

Usha Retreat is perfect for those looking to get away from the city life for a short while. My partner and I chose the rooms with forest views for a two night stay. Our stint at the resort was extremely pleasant.

A charming heritage site in Matheran. My partner and I stayed at the Deluxe Rooms for two nights. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The resort ambience was excellent from start to finish.

A very pretty resort in the forests of Matheran. We took a deluxe room with all meal options. Our room was very well kept and furnished. All of the meals were included as part of our package as well.
