Eligibility:

• Eligible Region were Bali, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
• This offer was open to all customers who booked a land package with Thrillophilia and spent above ₹100,000 (One Lakh Indian Rupees) on the booking amount in eligible regions.
• The primary traveler will receive a voucher to take another person with them.

• The free trip offer is for 2 people in a single room. 

Booking and Redemption:

• To redeem the free trip, customers must complete their booking and make the required payment within the offer period.
• The free trip must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the completion of the main booking (in the eligible region). The redemption window opens after 7 days of trip completion. 
• The availability of the free trip is subject to Thrillophilia’s terms and conditions. Customers cannot use the voucher for travel between December 20, 2025, and January 5, 2026.
• Additionally, if a destination has a special occasion or festival, it may be classified under blackout dates. Please connect with our redemption team for details on blackout dates specific to your chosen destination.
• A redemption fee of ₹500 and a modification fee of ₹1000 will be collected on the free trip booking.
• The free trip must be claimed within 180 days from the date of completion of the main booking and the travel date should be within 365 days from the date of completion of the main booking.

Combining Vouchers: 

• A customer cannot combine multiple destinations in a single voucher redemption.
• The trip cannot be combined with the existing trip on which the offer was availed.
• In case of more than one voucher, customers can choose to utilize additional vouchers to add 2 people per voucher on their trip. 

Exclusions:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Thrillophilia reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at its discretion without prior notice.
• In case of any changes or cancellations, customers will be notified via email or phone.

Transferability:

• The voucher provided to you via email is not transferable and can only be used by the user who received it.
• In case a user attempts to transfer the voucher, Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel the voucher for both the original user and the recipient.

Liability:

• Thrillophilia is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the free trip.
• Thrillophilia’s liability is limited to the value of the free trip only.

Your continued use of the Website and Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms will be deemed to constitute an acceptance of those changes.
