SACRE COEUR CHURCH

One of the famous landmarks in the city, Sacré-Cœur church or the Basilica of Sacred Heart dedicates itself to Jesus as well as the national martyrs who lost their lives fighting in the Franco-Russian War. People also visit this basilica for its remarkable architecture and its location at the pinnacle of butte Montmartre, the second-highest point in Paris after Eiffel Tower.

The most noteworthy thing to do here is to climb up the spiral stairs leading to the dome, which shows a panoramic cityscape and the countryside up to 30 Km.
