    Iron Pillar

    Situated inside the Qutub complex where the Qutub Minar is present stands the magnificent Iron Pillar, built by Chandragupta 2. The Iron Pillar is one of the most fantastic places to visit in Delhi. The fascination of tourist towards this pillar is because of its ability to resist itself against rust. 

    It is said that the pillar was initially installed in Madhya Pradesh but how and why it became a part of the capital city is still a mystery.

    Entry fees:  The entry fee for the iron pillar is INR 10 for Indians and INR 250 for foreigners.

    Visiting time: The place remains open for tourist on all days of the week from 10 am till 5 pm.

    Distance from Delhi airport: The distance of iron pillar from Delhi airport is 12.7km.
