Overall experience was good. The cab driver was really helpful and Dharamshala hotel was okay but the Dalhousie stay was best with pretty rooms and delicious food. Some of the sightseeing spots were not upto the mark probably because this was not the right season , those can be replaced with better locations. All the places from the Itinerary were covered. Overall it was a good experience.

The driver was extremely clued up on the routes to take and the best possible way to all the monuments. We felt safe and comfortable. The car was clean and it was a thoughtful gesture to keep a bottle of water and tissues in a basket. My only issue was the extra charge that I had to shell out coz I was picked up from my house. This was taken because we had exceeded the kilometres. Although we were dropped off within the timeframe mentioned in the app.
