Panwalikantha Trek (3960m) offers a rare and spectacular view of the magnificent Garhwal Himalayan Treks on one side and the verdant meadows on the other side. Since it lies on the old pilgrim trail of Kedarnath to Gangotri, Triyuginarayan-Panwalikantha trekking trail is well-defined.

Triyuginarayan (1,982 m) is a picturesque hamlet. Its believed that Lord Shiva solemnised his marriage with Parvati here. The village houses an old Vishnu temple near the bridle path that connects Ghuttur with Kedarnath.

En route, this moderate level trekking expedition, you climb through lush-green forests, cross brooks and mesmerising waterfalls, and are at times surrounded by snow-clad peaks.
