Catch a View at the National Mosque

Also known as Masjid Negara, the National Mosque is one of the largest Sunni affiliated mosques in Malaysia.

Pray at Thean Hou Temple

This temple is one of the oldest and largest Buddhist temples in Southeast Asia.

Visit Merdeka Square

Also known as Dataran Merdeka, the Merdeka Square is one of the most prominent landmarks in Kuala Lumpur.

Watch the National Monument

Situated alongside the Botanical Garden, this monument was built as a tribute to Malaysian patriots who died in Malaysia's struggle for freedom.

These freedom fighters majorly lost their lives during the Japanese occupation during World War II and the Malayan Emergency.

The sculpture mounted here was built in Rome and the American sculptor Felix de Weldon was awarded the title of 'Tan Sri' for his efforts.

The grounds that surround this monument also include scenic gardens, a crescent shaped pavilion and a large reflecting pool with fountains.
