How To Reach

1. By Road: Genting Highlands is located at a distance of 54 km from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. You can reach your destination in approximately an hour via the Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur-Gua Musang/E8 route. You can either drive yourself or take a taxi that will take you to Genting Highlands. For a more budget-friendly option, you can also opt for a local bus from Kuala Lumpur directly to Genting Highlands. 

2. By cable car: A fun way to reach Genting Highlands is by cable car. You need to reach the Awana Skyway which is at a distance of 53 km from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. Once you reach the Awana Skyway, you will be transported to a cable car that will take you directly to Genting Highlands.

Chin Swee Caves Temple

Established in 1975, Chin Swee Caves Temple was built by Lim Goh Tong, a Malaysian businessman. The temple is built over 28 acres of land and holds major religious and cultural significance for the locals. Inside the temple, you will get to see various statues including statues of Buddha, Laughing Buddha, Lim Goh Tong, Guan Yin and 18 Immortals. Some other additions to the temple include a nine-storey pagoda, Sky Terrace, 10 Chambers of Hell, Bridge of Fairies, Gods of Fuk-Luk-Sau and 9 Colour Dragon Wall of Luck. The temple also includes a man-made stream which is believed to have medicinal and healing properties.
