- City Tour: Between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM (Deira / Bur Dubai)
- Safari: between 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM
- Between 6:45 PM to 07:45 PM

Know Before You Go for Dubai Premium Trio Package
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- Pick up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- No change in the timing during Ramadan. Guests can buy their lunch in Dubai Mall but it will be consumed in the vehicle only. Drinking/eating/chewing gum in public is not allowed during Ramadan.
- Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for Safari Tour.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during the Safari activity.
- Belly Dance show, alcoholic beverages and entertainment activities will not be operational during the holy month of Ramadan.
- Only Fire Show & Tanoura Dance will operate at desert camp during the holy month of Ramadan.
- Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the cruise.
- Special Note for Dhow Cruise: Boarding Time - 09:00 PM.
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost, children aged from 3 to 10 years will be charged at a child rate, and children above the age of 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
