Know Before You Go
- An operator will confirm your pick up time in advance.
- Passenger pick up time in between 4 AM to 9 AM depending sunrise time and hotel location.
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Passengers with weight over 120Kg will be charged double the ticket price.
- Passengers are not allowed to carry Lighter, Professional zoom camera, Luggage Bag, Alcohol, and Knife.
- Pregnant ladies more than 3 Months, Kids below 5 years of age and adults above 70 years of age are not allowed of the Hot Air Balloon in Dubai activity.
- The Hot Air Balloon in Dubai package depends on the subject to availability.
- Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government in the wake of COVID-19 are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
- Either Passport copy / Emirates Id / UAE Driving License are mandatory documents (without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly).
- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
