Here’s what you can look forward to at the different wildlife parks within Mandai Wildlife Reserve:
1. Bird Paradise
Discover the all-new Bird Paradise, Asia’s largest bird park. Spanning 17 hectares, Bird Paradise is home to more than 3,500 birds from over 400 avian species – of which 24 percent are threatened species. Bird Paradise features 10 zones, including 8 captivating walk-through aviaries inspired by habitats from around the world. Each aviary faithfully recreates the native environments of its resident birds, offering an immersive experience. Highlights include Kuok Group Wings of Asia, a serene bamboo and paddy terrace paradise inspired by Bali, Hong Leong Foundation Crimson Wetlands showcasing a stunning array of crimson-coloured birds flying freely against a 20m-tall cascading waterfall and Nyungwe Forest Heart of Africa, the park’s largest walk-through aviary with over 70 African bird species.

Activities and Experiences in Bird Paradise

2. Singapore Zoo

From getting splashed by a sea lion to feeding a majestic white rhino from the palm of your hand, Singapore Zoo promises an unforgettable wildlife adventure like no other. Getting to Mandai Wildlife Reserve
Mandai Wildlife Reserve is less than an hour away from the city centre!
Located at 80 Mandai Lake Road (Singapore 729826), you can reach it easily by taking the Thomson-East Coast Line to Springleaf MRT station (TE4) and hop onto bus 138 for a quick 10-minute ride.
Alternatively, you can take the North-South line to Khatib MRT Station (NS14) and hop on the Mandai Khatib Shuttle, reaching Mandai Wildlife Reserve in just 15 minutes. If you prefer, you may book a private hire car through services like Grab, Gojek, or TADA or simply take a taxi from your accommodation for a hassle-free journey.
