Kindly bring the ticket voucher along with a valid photo ID proof for admission.

Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.

Commercial photography and videography as well as live broadcasting are prohibited.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Food and drinks purchased at the garden are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.

Any form of open fire such as barbecues and lighted candles is prohibited on the grounds of the gardens.

Dogs are permitted at the outdoor gardens, but not at the conservatories, OCBC Skyway, gift shops and the Children's Garden (with the exception of guide dogs). Please keep the dogs on a leash and muzzle dog breeds specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules. Do clean up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.

Due to safety reasons, visitors with strollers/prams should use the lifts instead of escalators when going around the gardens.

Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to halt any activity, refuse admission to you, or require you to leave the premises or the gardens if, in their opinion, any of the terms and conditions have been breached, or may likely to be breached by you.

Visit to the attraction(s) must be completed on the same day and within the selected time slot.

Kindly check for closure dates of certain conservatories on the Gardens by the Bay official website. Bookings made for an attraction on the closure dates will not be refunded/rescheduled.

Littering is prohibited by law in Singapore and is subject to a fine. Please keep the gardens clean by disposing of all litter in the designated bins provided.

How to Reach?

By Train: Take either The Circle Line (CE1) or Downtown Line (DT16) to reach Bayfront MRT Station. Take Exit B following the underground linkway. Then, cross the Dragonfly Bridge into Gardens by the Bay.
By Bus: From Bus-stop no. 03223, take Bus No. 400 to Bus-stop No. 03371 on Marina Gardens Drive. From here, Gardens by the Bay will be at a walking distance of approximately 250 metres.
