How to reach Duck Tours Singapore?
If you’re using public transport, you can board into a MRT service and get down at Esplanade MRT (CC) station. After getting out from Exit A, you can reach the location easily. Similarly, you can take a public bus – 36, 97, 106, 111, 133, 502, 518, or 857. Alight at Bus Stop 02151. If you’re still confused, you can hire a cab from your place and head towards the starting point directly. The boarding point is at DUCK & HIPPO Hub at Suntec City (#1-330). Tourists are requested to check in at the starting point half an hour before the tour time.
What are the different ticket options?
Tickets are given as per the following age groups: Adult (above 13 years old) – S$43 Child (3 – 12 years old) – S$33 Infant (2 years old and below) – S$10 The tickets can be purchased online, and tourists need to buy it at least 2 days prior to the scheduled tour date. There are also options for phone booking and counter purchase. For counter purchase, you can choose the nearest counter from your place and book the tickets conveniently. For children aged 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult (above 21 years old). The adult should also get an entry ticket.
Will there be a guide?
Yes. There will be a Mandarin guide accompanying the tourists throughout the journey. As long as there are plenty of attractions, carrying Singapore’s history and heritage, followed by interesting facts, it is highly essential to dedicate a tour guide. He/she will tell you the famous stories behind each attraction, how it has evolved, and some of its uniqueness. What is the timing?
The Duck Tours generally operate from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please note that English-guided tours will be available every hour from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on all days a week. Similarly, the Mandarin-guided tours run at 10.30 am, 11.30 am, 12.30 pm, 3.00 pm, 4.30 pm, and 5.30 pm on all days. Based on the language preference, tourists can plan their visit accordingly. Here, tourists are advised to reach the starting point 30 minutes prior, to complete the formalities.
Is it open every day?
Yes. This magical amphibious tour is open throughout the year, including weekdays and weekends. You can start planning your next visit to Singapore anytime in a year and add this adventure-cum voyage in your bucket list. Only during extreme climatic conditions or unusual water behaviour, the tour might be cancelled temporarily for the day. But, it will be rescheduled at the earliest.
What is the cancellation policy?
Yes. You can cancel the ride at your convenience, but there are certain conditions need to be followed. If you cancel the ride at least 4 days before the scheduled date, you will subject to receive a full refund amount. If you cancel the ride between 0 and 3 days prior to the tour date, you will not receive any refund amount. The applicable refund amount will be processed and given within 20 working days.
