Know Before You Go for Expo City Dubai Tickets

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport details upon arrival.
While there is no strict dress code, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Smoking in prohibited areas, including indoor spaces, is not allowed.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the premises, except in designated licensed areas. Public intoxication is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed within Expo City Dubai, except for service animals that assist visitors with disabilities.
Do not touch or damage exhibits and installations unless explicitly allowed. Follow the guidelines provided for interactive exhibits.
Personal photography and filming are allowed in most areas, but commercial photography or filming requires prior permission. Respect any signage indicating no photography zones.
Avoid bringing items that are prohibited on the premises, such as weapons, drones, and large bags.
Children must be supervised at all times. Unattended children may be escorted to a safe area by security staff.
The pavilions timings are between 10:00 - 18:00 (Last entry 17:15). Al Wasl Plaza is open 24/7. Jubilee Park, Al Forsan park & Surreal waterfalls are all open 24/7.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 hour of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 07:59 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
