By Metro: Visit the Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall station on the metro. Go outside the main road as soon as you arrive at the station. Please carry a valid ID proof to be presented at the time of entry.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an attending adult.
Pregnant women and children aged 0-2 are not allowed in the Glass Bottom Boat.
Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
The 48-metre walk-through Tunnel provides 270-degree views from 11 metres below the surface of the tank.
Aquarium Timings: 10 AM to 10 PM (Sunday to Wednesday) and 10 AM to 12 AM (Thursday to Saturday).
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
The timings for sharing may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
A ticket is required for all visitors aged 2 years and above.
Confirmation policy to be 30 minutes.
The Basic Pass Combo is inclusive of Admission to attractions like- Dubai Aquarium Tunnel & Dubai Aquarium Underwater Zoo, whereas the Explorer Pass Experience is inclusive of the same as the Basic Pass Combo with the addition of the Glass Bottom Boat Tour.
