Our Dubai holiday turned out to be exactly how I had imagined. Travelling from Mumbai to Dubai, I didn’t want any planning stress, and Thrillophilia handled everything beautifully. Visa came on time, hotel was centrally located, and transfers were punctual. The desert safari was thrilling and very well managed. Attraction tickets were pre-issued, so we walked straight in without waiting. The team kept checking on us during the trip. Overall, it felt smooth, premium, and completely hassle-free.

I must say that this was my first ever tour package from Thrillophilia, and I didn't anticipate that the entire process—from collecting quotes to tweaking those quotes to finally customising the tour as I desired—would go so smoothly. Here, Nilesh was really helpful in understanding the situation on the ground and made recommendations for all the nearby attractions. After I made the trip reservation, Akansha, the operations POC who handles all bookings and designs the itinerary, took care of this situation. As for the tour, the designated person picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the hotel. Amazing stay; we adored it. Moving on to the primary activity, sightseeing, transfers were very well planned and nearly on time. One day prior to the event, all tickets were provided along with driver information. Overall, we are quite pleased with our decision to book our first international trip through Thrillophilia. We would especially want to thank Nilesh and Akansha for their help and planning. The journey was perfect! .

We really had a good time in Dubai. Akansha and aslam did really great job to schedule the itinerary as per my requirements. My parents enjoyed a lot. Everything was precisely scheduled as per my itinerary from airport pick up and all the daily activities to drop back to the airport. Taxi schedule was up-to-date for every day. The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
