During peak hours, there might be a queue at the observation deck. It is recommended that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled admission time.
For safety reasons, the outdoor terrace may be closed during severe weather conditions. Refunds are not offered in such cases.

- By Metro: Take the Red Line Metro to the Burj Khalifa station. Then, take a 15-minute walk to reach the Dubai Mall, where you will find the entrance to the Burj Khalifa.
- By Bus: Take either of buses 27, 29, 81, and F13 to Dubai Mall, which houses the Burj Khalifa.
- By Car: From the city centre, take the first interchange and exit onto Financial Center Road. Continue on this route for approximately 4 km until you reach Dubai Mall.
- By Shared Transfer: You can also book the Shared Transfers Option from your hotel to Burj Khalifa at your convenience.
