- By Car: From the city centre, take the route via King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St., which is approximately 9.5 km from Qasr Al Watan, and will take about 15 minutes to reach.

- It is recommended to wear modest clothing (knees and shoulders should be covered) when in the palace.
- Please note that once you exit the premises you will not be able to enter again.
- It is recommended to put your mobile phones on silent mode before entering the premises.
- Consumption of food and drinks, excluding bottled water, is not permitted in the great hall or exhibition rooms.
- The palace is stroller accessible and they are made available on an additional charge.
- Bags/cases larger than 500(W) x 350(H) (mm) will not be allowed through the security screening.
- Specially-abled visitors may receive complimentary access to the palace but their companion will have to purchase a ticket.
